INITIAL CONSULTATION - $165
Our first visit will be a discovery session and all about getting to know you! We'll explore your current circumstances including your food habits, exercise, medical history and any presenting symptoms. More importantly we'll explore your relationship with food and mental wellbeing. From there we'll speak about your goals and co-create a plan for your nutrition and lifestyle. Initial visits are 60 minutes.
SUBSEQUENT CONSULTATION - $85
In our follow up consult we will discuss how you're going with your goals. We will speak about any barriers to change, what worked well and understand your habits. We will adjust your goals according to what aligns with your new discoveries. From there the world is our oyster. We will continue to work on improving your mind, body and soul for a truly nourished way of living and being. Subsequent consults are 30 minutes.
LONG SUBSEQUENT CONSULTATION - $125
Having enough time and space to share is extremely important in elevating your health. A longer appointment time can help set up the space to dive deep into uncovering our relationships with ourselves, nutrition and lifestyle habits. Long subsequent consults are 45 minutes.
PROFESSIONAL TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
Cindy has vast experience delivering professional presentations and talks about nutrition and mental health. She has also facilitated group workshops for workplaces, sporting clubs, schools and other organisations. If you are interested please get in contact for more details.
FAQ's
Can I get a rebate on my appointments?
Many of our clients are entitled to received a rebate through Medicare, their Private Health Fund or the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). If you have a chronic condition (e.g. Diabetes, Arthritis, IBS, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, PCOS, etc.) you may get a referral from you GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Care Plan where you can receive up to 5 dietitian consultations per calendar year. Patients under a CDM plan are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $56.00 for each consultation. Please discuss your eligibility with your doctor.
