As well as exploring ambivalence to change, developing incremental goals and overcoming challenges and barriers for long term sustainability.
Presenting educational workshops around nutrition and lifestyle as well as mental wellbeing including mindfulness, exercise and sleep thus facilitating group learning and therapy.
